Cognitive skills:
- The trainee will learn how to present the news in an authoritative manner. They will learn how to prepare themselves physically and mentally. They will learn how to read autocue and cope with difficult situations. They will learn how to prepare and conduct interviews
Practical skills:
- Trainee will learn how to best use their voice and appearance on camera. They will learn how to prepare for bulletins, read autocue and develop tools to manage unexpected high-stress situations
Behavioural skills:
- Trainee will learn how to appear on-screen and react to high-stress situations. Will learn how to interact with the gallery and interview guests.
